Hey polycount, I'm ultama121, community manager over at Operation Black Mesa, a remake of the Half Life expansion, Opposing Force. We're looking for some more artists to help us out with development. Currently, we are looking for modelers, texture artists/skinners, mappers, programmers, and 3rd person animators.
For modelers, all applicants must:
- Be skilled in 3D Modeling Tools like 3D Studio Max or Softimage XSI.
- Be able to produce models at our request.
- Be dedicated to his/her work.
For texture artists/skinners, all applicants must:
- Be skilled in Photoshop or any other application one may use for texture creation.
- Be able to produce textures at our request.
- Be dedicated to his/her work.
For mappers, all applicants must:
- Be skilled with the Valve Hammer Editor and compiling maps.
- Being able to produce own textures is a plus, but not required.
- Be able to produce maps at our request.
- Be dedicated to his/her work.
For programmers, all applicants must:
- Be able to code entities, monsters, gameplay changes and such at our request.
- Be dedicated to his/her work.
- Should be familiar with the HL2 source code (Optional).
For 3rd person animators, all applicants must:
- Be skilled with animation programs such as XSI.
- Be able to rig and animate characters and other organics.
