system specs & OS help

I just wanted to see what your thoughts about my rig are, if its acceptable for modeling/rigging/mapping characters,

Also, what operating system is recommended for commercial modeling/texture applications?

I haven't been able to build my system yet, I'm still waiting on my ram to arrive, but here are the specs...

Like I said, I'm not sure about the operating system, because I've been told that there aren't any 32 bit operating systems that can take advantage of more than 3gb ram,
but on the other hand, I'm not aware of any compatibility issues between 64 bit operating systems and commercial design suites

wouldnd buy micro atx, when youre planning to make a midi/big tower
because explansion slots are gold

Looks pretty good. Pick up windows 7 x64 and consider upping your processor to a core i5 or something that has 4 actual cores you'll be golden.

Oh yea, and arrangemonk is right, I would avoid micro atx unless your making a HTPC.
