For 1024 textures your layout is very poor and the detail is lacking. If you'd like critique post up some wires and your uv's. Right now there isn't much to tell other than the fact that you threw on some screenshots.
...i take it you have never seen it in real life or looked very hard for reference, or if you have then you failed to use any of it. Its a concrete and black painted metal structure, not a 200 year old copper statue.
Is this suppose to look beaten/grungy? otherwise I would said the alphas are really grainy and should be cleaned up. That and what everyone else has said about it being obvious this was crazybumped with shape recognition cranked... Seems to be a lot of the same blobby "look" normal maps creeping up. I know things in the game industry need to be exaggerated sometimes but... subtly is your friend!

Polycount seems abnormally high to me as well.
