The aim is to prepare a cartoon rabbit model.
Everything started from that picture:

I started from the modeling simple version of rabbit & his shoes.
I have some problems with mesh topology, so any comments & tips will be pleasure. How to get good mesh for best smoothing results.

I'm not sure what software you're using, but if it were me, I'd build the basic forms out of primitives and then use the retopology tools to trace over them.
Color & mesh test
I would suggest trying to make it look like fur, it would definitely look better imo.
