"Gritty" Tf2 soldier

Going for simmilar proportions to the original tf2 model but a more realistic/dirty feel in terms of detail and textures.

the skirt bit of the tunic has some very unusual folds, that seem stretchy, but the cloth it is on isn't stretched, just draping down, chillin..

Oh and his face looks very gorilla-esque in the bad way

If you more realistic...it won't be tf2 anymore. Having those cartoony proportions is what makes them great. I guess you could still do the textures and shading that way...

Nice modeling. The clothing folds look too silky, particularly around the belts. Shouldn't the coat be heavier, more like wool maybe?

It feels weird. I understand what you're going for, but it isn't coming across. Perhaps you should exaggerate the facial features and proportions a little more if you want to mix a cartoon feel with gritty realism.
