I liked the thinner proportions in the concept more. Now he looks more lika a soldier/warrior than a hacker.

Brilliant. Love the proportions, though I do agree that he seems as though he'd be more ribby than muscular, but not really my call. Goodwork, and (Ihaveno idea what to do about artifacts)

I think that those artifacts came from painting with a diferent matcap that you originaly had. Try doing a Fill object with the M button active

Concept is actually reallllyyy cool.. BUT your model is way too muscley as pointed out..

the concept is boney / anorexic with some muscle on top.
