Top right or bottom left. But, as others have pointed out, you can have great hi-poly sculpting fun and creative freedom with any of your sketches really.

Are you going to model them entirely in ZBrush or are you going to use Maya/3Ds and ZBrush?

Did you make the silhouettes first or did you have the idea in your head? Very nice by the way have to say they all have a unique outline so I like them all.
