This might sound stupid, but is there any way to save the Viewport Statistics Settings?
I looked everywhere i thought it might be what i want, but couldn´t find this option:poly122:
I hate to change them everytime i do something new

You are looking for the option that says.."layout" If you are talking about prospective you can save the viewport by clicking "home" icon on the right top corner of your view port. Now you can repeat the procedure for all the viewports or go to customize. Custom UIs and default switchers.....I think. If you are looking to change the viewports' layout you are looking for the option of customize layout.
Watch the beginners video one by going to help menu for more info.
Also you can set the hotkeys for the layouts and viewports. Here is the link.
Where do i have to put that file? Or do i have to open this file everytime i start?
You can put that file in your Scenes Folder (that's where I had mine). It will be loaded automatically on every startup. (Don't know if it has to be Scenes...I heard it can be anywhere in the Max Folder(s))

EDIT: You can create a file as "MyStudio.max", however; you will have to open this file everytime you start 3ds max.
