file menu missing from uv editor maya 2010?

One of our artists has lost the file menu at the top of the uv editor, anyone seen this?

Does Shift + m bring it back?

Thanks SO much, THNKR. I had this same problem & this fixed it. Have been using Maya for 9 yrs, & can't believe I never came across this before!
