Hey guys.
So iv been working on some more models but this time decided to do low poly characters and heads for study practice and for texturing.
So I've textured before but im not the best but then again not the worst
but i would like to build on that so here i go...

Im not going for exact on this one i just want to get a skin look.
oh and i did the texturing in Photoshop using my Nintendo DS.
128*128
not to bothered with the ears at this moment in time because im going to do a ear study soon.
now for the next model which i did today and is lying at 510 tris.
concept:

Also it looks like he's falling over, and he could use an extra edge on his stomach.
Very cool drawings!
Nice model btw; keep going; and you could add that more extra edge there like Snipergen said, that will give more volume to your model.
Being a heavy-set character, I would recommend a more weighted look to him. I do love the proporations, I must say. It is true, he does look like he's leaning forward. I have a seldom few more but I think I've said my fair share. : ) Keep up the good work!
there are several, but the way he worded sounded like he used photoshop, and used the ds as an input device to the computer, which is also possible i believe.
Gallows: yeah thanks man, i like giving credit where its due and i don't want people thinking its me doing that awesome art.
Snipergen, ^Á^ : i will do that thanks.
Legion: id like to add that weight but don't want to add to many polys and would like to keep it in the 500 polys area, as for the leaning forward that you and Snipergen have mentioned i think i will do what uneditablepoly has said because i totally agree with him because his legs don't support the center of his gravity.:\
achillesian: you hit it.
thanks you everyone that has posted.
i will get working on what you have said now!!
thanks Micah.
i might rig and animate it but not sure just yet.
let me know what you think.

Keep up the good work...looking forward for the updates.
I noticed that i didn't mention that i wanted him to be ds spec, which means i cant add to much detail because a lot of it won't be seen.
LlamaJuice: you said you want to see details but i don't know what form of details you are talking about, can you maybe be more specific?
There will be updates soon!! im planning on adding some highlights and maybe another shadow layer after that maybe a weapon and a scene.
thanks Micah.
Looking forward to updates.
