Come to Texas! Its a beautiful place! /sarcasm
haha Firecracker
Though, to make a bad situation good .. .. If there's a lot of wind there, that'd be a wicked awesome place to kite-board.. Using a mountainboard (of course)
Here's a couple of interiors and two snow scenes;
Royal Hotel, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, England.
Didn't take this photo so not sure where it came from.

What I wouldn't give to be there now... specifically, in THAT temperature...
I was joking one day that I was going to make an environment that looked like that and wait for people to comment saying "omg its so flat and boring nothing real looks like that" and then I would show them that picture.
To be fair the developed areas of texas have done a good job of planting non native trees and plants here so we have a lot of nice man made landscapes And it gets better closer to houston, they have trees at least.
And kite-boarding does sound fun! That is if you dont fall and land on a cactus :P
Can you see these?
how about this one?
and my favorite
I didn't take these pictures, I just google searched for them, but I can tell you they are very accurate to my daily view.
we do have this tho, its pretty cool (its on the way to Houston thats why theres so many trees)
I didn't take any of these. You can tell beacuse there isnt giant thumb and lenscaps over these images.
I love the red earth with the trees. In more green forests it really stands out. The smell is really good too. Smells like home.

If you return to the root you can find other pictures too!
Took some pictures on Mont Tremlant in Quebec (near Montreal) a few years back. Soooo beautiful there. I know it's a big ski destination, but it's REALLY worth a look at during the summer. I hope these pics prove that... :P

Cheers!
I miss home
(aside from the 9 months of constant rain each year)
Yea, it's definitely west hills. Probably the Japanese Garden / Rose Garden area. I didn't take any of those pics, but I have a pretty good idea of where they were shot from.
