Why did they make the help file web based. How to a do a search through the category help like I used to in cs3. Every time I do a search it takes to me some shitty community forum? What is the trick here?

There crappy web forum is actually powered by google. But seriously, where is the hard copy not connected to the internet version of their help. I want to search the help "FILE," not some adobe forum?
