Photoshop - copy document to new tab

Is there a way to copy the document/file your working on in it's current state to a new tab (photoshop CS4)? At the moment i'm stuck with copying the original file in it's directory, renaming it and then opening that to a new tab. I'm sure there's a quick way to do this but I can't remember how.

right click on bar ontop of image and make duplicate

I right clicked on the tab bar and there's only options for new tab/close/close all etc. I also right clicked on the main tool bar and nothing.

This was how you did it in CS2 anyway, I don't have CS3 or CS4 but it would seem weird to change that.
