Hullo! Been lurking about for a while in awe and decided that some feedback would be nice on a uni. project I'm currently doing. Basically, it's creating a scene from a book in 3D to use in-game for a PS3/360 type tech. I've chosen the opening scene from Keep the Aspidistra Flying by George Orwell - set in 1930s London.
I've started off with a tram that's mentioned. After doing some research I concluded it was probably the Feltham tram (I know too much about this tram now) and started modelling today.
(Here's a link to Google Images with the tram.)
I've still got the 'wheely bit', seats and stairs, front light and the main top 'bit' to go before taking it into zBrush and doing some... stuff. Any help on the overall model etc. would be grateful.
Also: I've made sure all the polys are quads, but I've done some detaching on the model here and there to cut-down on some polys. But I guess a few more could be spared. If I don't have the indents for the windows and just rely on maps I could cut down around 300-350 polys.
