Looking really great man. I always wondered if demons had nipples =P
Not too sure about his left arm being larger then his right. I guess that's his pimp hand? Keep it up though...really like the way this one is looking.
Wow. Very impressive work from a technical standpoint. Maybe a little too detailed around the mouth, (it doesn't display well from a distance)...but overall a great piece to look at. To nitpick, i would say the Pec Majors are way too exaggerated. And I'm not a fun of the arrangement of plates in the center of his chest. Lots of fictional anatomy all around his lower torso, but it gives that evil/inhuman presence. One arm bigger than the other. That's cool. He's lonely and a lefty. Make that seem a little more intentional. I think you should have avoided symmetry on the upper torso as well.
I like the asymmetry between the arms but I think the torso should reflect the weight difference. That left arm looks to be about 10 pounds heavier, if the torso reflected that kind of extra weight on that side it might be more believable. Overall I really like the sculpt though! Those patches where the scales and skin surface gets all crazy are awesome!

I think this is what you are trying to get the horns to look like.

So no one can actually say what Demon really looks like.
And you are right. Shape depends on sculpter/concept artist fantasy.
sampson: Hmm i think i'll stay with this version.
NyneDown: Yes, This model is non symmetrical. I've done that coz i wanted to improve my arm sculpting skill.
ES_139: thnx
