Dusted off a model from last year, was going to start mapping it but i relized there were so many un-needed tris
The model started as 26,279 Tris, i have since gotten rid of 15,038 tris, to make the grand new total to 11,241
after taking out all the tris, i actually added some more struts to the pack frame
Next up is to map and texture, when its done i will be dusting off Ghostbuster's Ghost trap from last year as well
hopefully i can get alot done before Christmas break is over and I have to head back to school

I think what the guy was trying to say is that it was too low to be a high poly and too high to be a low poly so in terms of it being an in-game model it doesn't have much of a use.
You didn't say that your intention was to put it in-game or anything so I'm just looking at it as something you're working on in your own time and I think it looks good so far, looking forward to seeing it finished
The in game model was close to 10k, the characters including the packs were like at least 20k maybe more, so I think your good.
Ive been trying to find a way to find out the count on the in game proton pack
