"Modo" has anyone used this software

has anyone here ever used it or considered it ?
anyone know its cons compared to maya or 3D studio max.
I'm a bit iffy about getting it and wonder how it compares to Max and Maya.
Some of the stuff I have seen done it in looks very awesome.

ok sorry about that I didn't know, it looks like an awesome program and I'm considering getting it instead of max and maya.
