Uncharted is one of the reasons I'll get myself a ps3 someday.
Ultragpu: As far as the poly counts, they vary. The main characters are between 20-30k, and we use a loding system that halves those per lod, in which we use the first lod for those characters. So the in game are around 15k I would say. As for enemies, probably around 10k.
As for the maps, I work at around 2k, however we res those down as well.
Gallows: yes I did all my own textures as well.

I don't know if you can answer this or not, but in production whats your typical time-frame for how long you get to work on a character.
Those character heads are really great for a quick day 1/2 worth of work. :thumbup:

Ultragpu: As for me, no more uncharted. I moved studios. today is my last day infact, so sad:( hehe. but im comin back to Whales Vagina (san diego) so its happy sad times!

Mikezoo: its kind of a hard question to answer, typically for a main character we are givin between a month, and a month in a half. however that time frame can vary depending on revisions. and we are constantly revising there. so I dont know if a character is ever done till it ships.
p442: haha yea, who would have thought. im stoked, you are so close to something you forget how awesome it is. then bam! people fall in love with it. its a cool feeling.

Yes,same here,she was one hell of a lady
As for chloe, she was created by both hanno hagedorn, and rich diamant. Rich did her head and hair, hanno her clothing. you can see her head hair model on zb central. however hanno has not posted his work as of yet. Vacation slows things haha.
