I'm currently working on a project for my animation class where I have to have a biped run through an obstacle course. I'm partway through and realized I my biped started off too far to one side. I need to slide him over at the start, and in all the following frames but I'm not sure of a way to do it other then by individual keyframes.
We briefly touched on the motion mixer in class so I thought if I saved the animation, moved the biped, and used the motion mixer to reapply the animation it would start from the new location. Instead it returns to the same position horizontally, and moves far upward to 0 on the Z axis.
It would also be helpful to know how I could take the animation I have now of the biped running in a straight line and turn him so he is running at an angle, again without having to change individual frames.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Could be wrong. Getting old and memory ain't what it used to be.
Now when I was a kid, rich people would fly around in zeppelins and drop half-dollars...
