No its not real but I like how he thinks and someone needs to hire this guy to design PC's.

Too bad they would all be labeled as i-mac ripoffs even though at its core its pretty much the polar opposite.
Rendering it with so much reflective white plastic doesn't help the argument that its not i-mac-ish.

It looks really cool, but copying stuff from the 50ies doesn't make you an awesome designer . That mouse and keyboard look really uncomfortable to use, and how would a screen with that shape work?

Agreed. The monitor is cool looking, but not practical. The case could be done...possibly. Where are the drives?

I don't really like it. I can appreciate it from a design point of view, but I'd probably opt for something more standard for my own machine. Plus, that mouse looks like a guitar pedal.

Looks neat and I wouldn't say Mac-like at all, but I would never get one because I like swapping out parts and upgrading my PC.

I could easily see PCs moving into the 'decor' realm. Almost every home has a computer now, and people like to feel unique, so they won't settle for a 'basic' looking box. Since the progress of PCs has slowed down, I can see this being the new gimmick to make people upgrade.

Personally, I think it looks cool, but like it's been mentioned, I can't see it realistically looking that way. Mainly the rounded monitor. I could see them cheating, and making a black edge/margin, so they could keep the rectangle in the center, but have round the corners.

Ugh thats ugly.
Its really becoming a problem that most great forms have already been used.
Makes a designers work very difficult but i wouldnt even call this design .
If you want good design just steal apples and sell it for half the price.

thats the kind of thinking that brought along vista.
most people with a minimum of computer sense, will go for the black monolith, then hide it under a table. design is, and will always be secondary. functionality is primary.
