Hey guys, started this last night and worked on it a bit more today, and I'm ready to post it up and get some crits on it. This is my first real effort for a Celeb likeness, and I know there is still a lot I need to tweak to get it to a respectable level.
C & C is welcomed and appreciated.

..see you at work!
and the texture is looking great so far too... now all you need is a less lame actor to be sculpting
that
I agree with Nizza_waaarg about the eyes/brow area.
Something that looks a bit off to me is the nose. I think it looks a bit to asymetrical, and the nose bridge seems to have 3 "edges", kinda strange. The forehead detail seems a bit muddy but i assume it's still in an early stage.
@Mladen Jovicic ... :poly122:
@Nizza_waaarg ... Thanks i'll be spending some more time on this in the next couple days so I'll be sure to look at the eyes. Sometimes you really need someone to give you a fresh perspective on a model to see the flaws.
@ vcool ... thanks!
@roosterMAP ... thanks!
@odium ... Just what I was going for!
@Raider ... thanks for the C & C I'll look at that.
@ movento ... thanks!
ok pretend his head is inside a cube. Each edge controls portion of the face, based on a gradient of sensitivity within a radius that stretches to the center of the cube. try pulling the edges closest the cheek bones done to the center of the angle of the jaw inward a little towards the center.
In other words, i think the cheek bone juts out a little too far from the eye socket.
-try emphasizing that inverted bevel on his top lip.
-try smoothing out/flattening those ports of the top eye lids closest to the edge of his head, they are a little deflated and wonky.
-i know it's not much but i reckon the chin dent is a little exaggerated.
apart from that, looking good!
hope this helped.
