    Hey muzik welcome!

Looks pretty good so far, some crits I have are, the skin detail seems a bit to deep making it look like its a painted concrete statue.
For how covered in blood he is the his boots still are clean! I would think his boots would be more covered in blood, ya know stomping on his enemies' faces.
Lastly the spec map seems to not show any variation, the skin does not look much different from the metal or the leather.

Other then that It looks awesome!

He looks more like a barbarian to me than a warrior. If I were to fix one thing and one thing only I'd google barbarian and work on the crotch/ waist clothing a little more. I'm not a big fan of the cup in his crotch. His nipples are too far apart and I'm not seeing alot of the normal map coming through especially in his legs and boots. His facial expression looks different in your sculpt than in your game rez asset. I like the expression in the sculpt better.

I really dig his left forearm armor, his shoulderpad, and the belt you've got for the shoulderpad.

Keep going. :) This is a good start.

he looks like those poser3d models: no expression at all (face, stance, body,...{the scar doesn't count as it looks like makeup}). His hands look wrong and his penis shield is kind of odd design wise.
You can see the AO being very obvious in the skin texture (its just a gray shading which is wrong). If you want to make a good skin texture add more variation, pigments and NEVER multiply gray shaded layers - instead blend in red/ orange / brown/ green and or bluish layers instead to simulate the skin color complexity.
The boots look unfinished texture wise - its like doll shoes with those scaled texture details and missing dirt, worn,... details.

Those are some wicked goosebumps on his skin.

    Also, needs more Destrucity.
