Site/GUI Diagram/Flowchart Software (Open Source)

Anyone have a suggestion of some branch making diagram software that I can make a interactive flowchart of a games GUI/Menus/ System?

Im thinking ones designed for websites would work well for this purpose. Sourceforge has a few listed, but rather hear from experiences of others.

I guess this is less a tech art question. So general might be a better place to ask. Mods, if think in wrong area, please move.

Oh man, I saw one a few days ago which looked pretty good, but I can't remember where I saw it.

EDIT: found it, but now I am not sure it's what you wanted. turns out it was in the Apps thread in General Discussion.
