Yeah you can control the opacity values within "Depth Based Alpha" (edge bleed) as well as its constant value. one of the most important parts.

Hey, this is really nice, great job. The only little tiny nit picky thing that bothers me is how clean the skull/bones(I believe that's a skull) in the water are and how uniform their color is. Nice little scene though.

Wow, your scene has evolved again! Cool stuff
If it's possible I think you should try to get the stuff touching the water to look more wet. Right now your waterline is looking pretty dry.
