Portable digital painting solution?(tablet PCs or other devices)

Has anyone ever used a tablet PC for digital art?

I am looking into options for a smaller setup (not DS small) over my bulky laptop + wacom for when i'm traveling. Is there any options out there that anyone could recommend?

hey thats quite a bargain. do those things have pen pressure sensitivity? I didn't see any info about that in the specs of the machine.
