Ya. I've seen a few of these sculptures in real life at Airports and such in my travels. At first I thought it was some weird performance art. "Why is that fat lady standing perfectly still in a glass box?"
This is the level of skill I aspire to. I am of the opinion that once you're able to recreate reality with this level of accuracy and detail, you'll be that much better with your imaginative works.
I saw this in person here in Dallas, really awesome, but extra creepy. I kept seeing them out of the corner of my eye and thinking they were real and freaking out for a second. Pretty good if you can do that.

I really want to see these pieces in real life, there's only so much that can come across from an image of a sculpture.
