I need help remembering this one game

Its not out yet but I remember seeing a video for it. It looked like an XBL arcade game,
It was all dark and chaotic liek the theme of the game had something to do with darkness and spaceships, It was all based around a UFO and you could use different upgrades. Kinda of a 3d ish sidescroller. ANy help?

Not sure if the gameplay would be entirely my thing, but I might even buy it just to look at it!

It reminds me a lot of patapon or at least the art direction. Totally kick ass gonna have to buy this on XBL when it comes out

Hmm I just watched it with sound now that I'm home: the music is a letdown though. I'm a metal fan but this stuff just doesn't seem to fit the playfull yet serious visual style... Something like the more gloomy tracks from the Castlecrashers soundtrack (Vain Star) would be way more fitting!

Apparently the artist worked on osmosis jones and some other big titles. Ive never heard of shadowpuppet but thats the style.
