I just finished my mudbox Model, and now am looking to produce a low res version in Meshlab (because I use Maya). I've fiddled with all the tools and can't figure out how to do it, can anyone please help?
Thanks in advance.

I'm doing the mudbox tutorial as well. Are you making the old piller? Yeah fuck meshlab, not intuitive at all. Took a while to figure it out.
1. Load your model
2. Filters>remeshing, simplification, reconstruction>Quadric Edge Collapse
3. Type the target number of tris you want hit apply.
Best part, there's no undo hahahahaha. Fuck this program is straight out of siggraph 1986 but it works better than maya's shitty reduce tool.
