Your model looks pretty good, although too thin. You should also post some info about the model. ie: how many polys is it, how big are the textures, reference photos, etc.

the dumpster is 784 tris, it has 2048x2048 diffuse, normal, and specular map

here is another attempt at a tut. this is off of Chris Holden's cement cover tut. I suck at zbrush so that is why it looks like the cement has gills instead of cracks but maybe one day I will get there.

it has 184 tris and done with 1024x1024 diffuse, normal, and spec map
