i would make the forearms larger, the hands look really small. The connection between the chest and the waist looks kinda wierd, needs more definition looks like a mess of grey; also i would add some more detail to the cylinder and cube on his sides.
It's like an Orc from Warhammer had sex with a Gundam and this was the baby... I like it! Textures look good, though the inner thighs look a bit lower rez then the rest.
I'd say l darken the white a fairly bit more. If you use ths in an engine with hdr and bloom fx the white areas will be much too bright. The wear and tear on the white stripes could be a bit stronger. Atm it would only be noticed from a close up.
For the rest: Nice textures so far. Specular needs some attention. ATm it look all the same. Try to suggest a composition of differnt materials / metal types.

cool. i think for places where the paint maybe looks a little worn, like the red on the shins, you shouldn't use symmetry. because when it's mirrored perfectly, it doesn't look like wear, just kinda looks like a strange design. if that's what you were going for, no problem, just saying that it reads as "wear" to me
