Wow! I didn't know that NS2 was going to have an proper release that you had to buy. That's awesome for the NS team!

I remember playing NS for the first time and being completely blown away by the game. So here's hoping the NS2 will play just as well.

Was it Natural selection you could also play the commander and get like a top down of the map showing where the players where to order the fps players to go where you needed them?

Tried the original, wasn't too impressed but I loved the ideas behind it. If they can polish the gameplay as much as the graphics in these screens they've got a hit on their hands! Also the first one was confusing as all hell for noobs, lets hope this one is easier to pick up .

It seems like I've been waiting for this for forever...it looks like it's going to be awesome. One of my favorite HL1 mods (and definitely one of the most ambitious) back in the day, so seeing it getting close to commercial release is incredibly radical.

yep you can be aliens and marines, both sides will have commanders. i cant wait for this to come out
