Our team is called Sandbox Castle, and it consists of 3 people: Mike Hustis, Samantha Howze, and Mak Malovic. This post is just to establish our team on the forum. We will post our Concept, and block out within a day or two.
thanks for the heads up BlvdKnights. The concept won't have any of the MattePainting.com concept in it when it's finished. We just started with it to show that we used the mattePainting to get a start composition. Ill take the image down so no one feels we are using art that isn't our own. Our actual concept that we work against will be completely different, and won't have any of the MattePainting in it.
Started using the Unreal Development Kit, and playing around with light mass. I decided to let the light mass calculate on production level, and it took about an hour and a half(with importance volume around area). Unfortunately I didn't realize that my obelisk had it's emissive boost turned way up. Anyway this is what we have so far.
