No he's in it in a flashback, I heard. Same with Ron Jeremy's character.
No Willem Dafoe though!
i want to say im excited.... but i am also scared. Why make a second one? The story was awesome, and while yes, knowing what types of shenanigans the ole boys will get into would be cool, it won't have the same mystery.
hopefully theyve written some in, enough so that it warrents a second movie
the first was rad.
Or maybe it's the priest in the beginning...
Also... Willem Dafoe isn't in it... His character was friggen awesome!
Of course, I'll end up seeing it no matter what, just a bit worried. :P
Netflix has it on instant watch as well.
I think it will be hard to balance on the edge of vigilante justice now for the 2nd time..
that's awesome
i hope it turns out as killer as the first.... cult classic and all... there's a lot to live up to here.
Any movie that has such an effect on society is just evil. And a sequel? It's like getting raped in prison, being glad it's over, just to realize it's going to keep happening every day for the rest of your life.
Seriously, wtf
But there is another kind of evil which we must fear most, and that is the indifference of good men.
Sorry, had to.
okay fine... I'll watch the trailer for part 2, even though I've been avoiding it for months....
Yeh, looks pretty good.
Did you know you can hate the fuck out of the fans and still enjoy the movie?
You can do this with any popular media!
Boondock Saints was a ton of fun. The people who get Veritas tattooed on their hand are twats.
Portal was great! Every fucking CAKE IS A LIE DARRR joke/webcomic/whatever made since the game came out is fucking terrible.
It works anywhere!
see that wasn't too bad and...you can still consider the people that take it too serious idiots
I think 9 years later and here I am.
I never thought I would see the day the sequel came out.
Overall I thought the vibe felt a bit weird compared to the first, it seems like the characters were much more exaggerated. Particularly Julie Benz's character seemed like she was over-acting the part and her lines were really bad, a shame because she does a good job on Dexter. The action was much more over the top, as were most scenes. Overall not disappointed, just...the vibe was off, like this movie is a caricature of the first one, rather than continuing the same way. But hey, it's a sequel that took ten years to come out, I guess that's understandable.
it really sucked when I checked the day it came out only to find out it's not even playing here.
