Zbrush: How To HD Turntable (Turntable Plus is Doing Incomplete)

I downloaded turntable plus, and selected for it to render the turntable with HD geometry. For whatever reason, it just renders a tiny piece of my model in hd, then does a turntable around it. it's very frustrating, so i was considering /wrists?

i have, however, seen HD turntables online...i know they're real! has anyone else had this problem and overcome said crisis?
