Hey guys, glad to be entering into this contest with all of you! My team, which consists of myself, Tanj, and Vandals. We settled on an idea while here at work, and I'll be uploading our design when I get home tonight. Looks like there's going to be a lot of good competition this year, so good luck to all!

Edit: All right, got our first sketch in! We're going to be changing this within the next few days, but it shows what we're going for.

Our scene is going to be in a cold, icy laboratory, with a mini sun (similar to the one in Spiderman 2). Although, the lab was recently evacuated, as the sun is overloading and out of control, and huge solar flare is going to be cutting into the environment.

So Cool as Ice is chuggin away at full force now. Things got a little hectic, what with a busy work schedule and all (late hours). We're getting down the design down for the tech that controls the artificial sun among other things. Here's a current version of what I'm working on. More to come.. and more frequently too!

Like hellaandrew said we are busy at work (crunch time woo hoo). But here is a quick concept i made kinda the same but added some solar flair destruction and with a vertical approach, added another floor with paths around. Started out getting detailed with the equipment that controls the sun but didn't have time to do that for the whole image.
