Never really tried modelling an environment before and I want to give it a shot. I have some sketches that I probably need to get scanned aswell (wip!). But as the school scanner cant swallow my moleskine it'll have to wait.
Sorry for the messy concept, but it gives you a general idea what I'm going for. The 'church' in the picture kinda looks like church here in Malmö and I'll probably try to get some ref shots of it.

I'm going for something like a Warhammer 40k machine world, I like the warhammer approach with machine spritis and machine priests. its pretty cool in my opinon. Some religous elements in an architectual way.

Oh yeah, and what I said earlier about "Hammerites" and "Thief"???
It was just that the concept reminded me of some of the characters from the game Thief III: Deadly Shadows, mainly all three titles.
(Hammerites were these Priests/Religious freaks who worshipped metal, and gears and steam and anthing mechanical back in the "Thief" time and world.
Old games, but one of my few favorites.
I fixed mah bricktextures yesterday.
I got ue3 by Matteo (deusexmatteo on the boards) so I'll see if I can get my meshes into their editor.
I'm gonna fix the seam right away.
