3D Artist
NetDevil, located in Louisville, CO, was founded in 1997 with the mission of developing massively multiplayer games in unique settings for wide audiences. The studio is currently developing Jumpgate Evolution and LEGO Universe as well as an original IP.
This position will be responsible for producing high-poly 3D content for pre-rendered video games.
Essential Functions:
* Responsible for producing triple A quality models and textures for pre-rendered video games
* Must be willing to work with out-sourced assets in order to keep them consistent with the in-house quality
* Must be an effective listener, able to resolve problems, empathic and decisive
* Must take advantage of new technology features
* Must participate in game play test sessions
* Position reports to Art Director
Abilities:
* Must have strong low and high-poly modeling and texture skills
* Must be able to take responsibility for decisions and actions
* Proven Oral & Written Communications Skills
* Proven Organizational and Analytical skills
* Superior Knowledge:
* 3D Studio Max or Maya
* Zbrush or Mudbox
* Photoshop
Functional Knowledge:
* Outlook

Minimum Qualifications:
* Must have strong understanding of video game development and implementation
* Must have an art degree or equivalent work experience
