sorry, but i haven't found any tutorials in this site.
if i search for the tag 'tutorial(s)' i do find many tutorials, but i know there must be a section dedicated to tutorials..
You could also try doing a google search with "site:boards.polycount.net" after the search phrase, it'll only return results from this site and might be a bit faster than using the built-in search (I think we need to fix that...)
Well there was a whole bunch of very solid tutorials on the old polycount web. I don't know if these are supposed to be back up with the new site anytime soon, but I am pretty sure this is what Crozer is looking for. I think these old tuts are actually more valuable than most of the zbrush zspheres videos on hip music floating around the internet these days!
oh okay.
thank you all very much for the answers.
if i manage to become a 3d designer (i am, but not by any means capable of doing what some do here) i'll post some of my recent work.

Definitely. I have a bunch of them saved off, and I think CheapAlert had a mirror with all of them a while ago.

Some of the old tutorials are there, but if you want to see the old tuts, it does need someone's attention... volunteer!
