Hmm, does anyone know anything about this school? I have read good and bad things about it. The bad things are mostly people that didn't read the contract, or their kid didn't want to finish the course work and the parents wanted their money back... Most of the other stuff seems positive.
Art Instruction Schools, I'm sure you have seen the commercial about it. I'm wondering if anyone has tried it before. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

They seem pretty keen on repeating that they've been around since 1914. Improving artists in [insert artistic discipline here] since 1914 - catchy. That favicon needs changing, too.
Read: If you end up mopping up vomit for a living after graduation, we're not to blame.
check out you local Comunity College...most offer all kinds of art Classes (figure drawing, design, color theory..etc) for cheap. Also having an instructor is always better than corespondance courses (Most of the time anyway)
Art Instruction Schools used to advertise in the back of comic books, nestled between "REAL X-Ray Specs" and mail-order monkeys.

Any wacky waving inflatable pirates in those commercials?
Dont waste your time or money...it's pretty worthless. You can save yourself a lot of money just by taking art classes in any public school.
