Fraps Force Fullscreen captures

I am using Fraps for screengrabs and right now in Maya it only takes a pic of the active window. How do you force it to do fullscreen (images and video)?

I think I solved my own problem. I just wish I knew Fraps couldn't do that before I shelled out the cash. Hopefully this software works.
