it looks like if the hulk, dr. doom, gambit and wario had a baby. It reminds me of some of the characters from Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura. Could be cool, but I don't know if that raincoat works. Maybe a normal length leather jacket? or maybe a sports jacket(not sports coat) with a fake orc team name? The character doesn't seem to be grounded in any time period. He's fantasy, sci-fi, contemporary. Maybe I just need some context to see it.

If you give this badass orc a gun like hellboys Samaritan (basically a nice bulky side piece) I think it would fit perfectly.
