I'm only part way through it but it has been really great so far. It's not just a video showing you an artist's working process, he overlays anatomy illustrations on top of the sculpt to help explain muscle, tendon, and bone relationships. It's a very effective technique and helps the viewer understand the complex relationships one has to consider when sculpting human anatomy.

I think anyone who is interested in character modeling would love this dvd, it's very well done, one of the best if not the best I've seen on the subject so far.
