Hey, heres an upsized version of the concept its based off (sorry about pixelation) The title of the the concept says engine but its all crazy to me! Haha i just thought it looked cool

what i've got so far (post process is more fun than actually making progress modelling) At the moment it looks like ironman with a gas mask. Crits appreciated

Also, the edge loops in your mesh are creating flat spots and what i can only assume are unwanted creases. Its like when you remove every other edge from a cylinder and then try and add those edges back with ring and connect, they dont conform to the original topology/shape and will give you flat spots and pinching. In some software, like max, you can conform a loop to the original topology (2010 or if you have polyboost) which can help out.
If i have time when i get home ill post a paintover if you would like.

also its better if u model a complete shape and only then cut it
and use more polies so the round cut will have more flowing points
