you have to be better than this to be taken seriously. that is why there are a lot of non sequitur comments here. couple of suggestions:
beef up your anatomy skills, get a atlas of anatomy book, draw and then learn from it.
study better designs, better detailing, better structure, better stories behind the characters, better color theory application, drawtic lighting, clean lighting, no LENS FLARES
read some books, mythologies, whatever, and that should spark your imagination, avoid anime or tv cuz it tends to create LAZY ideas. these characters to me seems to have been made from a lazy artist that didnt put enough effort to make them interesting with a good story behind them or even aesthetically pleasing
as for presentations, beauty shots please, better angles, wider angles, no t-pose renders!
