Looking for a Game Designer

Looking for a game designer who has played or had previous experience making hide and seek casual games. I feel I have a great idea to put a spin on this genre. I don't have much money so I am looking for someone who truly loves doing this stuff and willing to accept a little money when I have it. I really need a game design doc to help get the ball rolling on the game. I have artists and programmers who are all ready to start once I have a design.
