what is up with game ign/gamespy screenshot galleries?

Every time I go to gamespy or ign to look at screenshots of a game, I click on the gallery and there is a million duplicate screenshots. What up with that?

I really enjoy Giant Bomb's galleries. I always find what I'm looking for and more (character concepts for example).

Dude, why would you ask this here? Its like someone would go to mac donalds to ask how many calories a whopper from burger king has.
