I used to suffer from some pretty heavy depression. Then I realized that my life is what I make it and that the only thing slowing me down was me. I taught myself how to stay positive, take criticism and to do something that improved me as a person every single day.
Now when I feel sad I stop feeling sad. and feel AWESOME instead. True Story.

The key to being happy and overcoming chemical depression is realizing and accepting that it's a problem and that it's affecting you in ways that you do not want. It's your life to control and you have to do whatever makes you happy. So SHRUG it off. Keep smiling and wake up every morning as PUMPED as possible at life. Run, get your heart rate up. Sweat, drink, talk to anyone you think is important. Don't let your brain or your thoughts get in the way. Just DO.
