Hey everyone, I just wanted to share with yall some texture references I took around in my area. All of the photos were taken in the Omaha area and I hope you enjoy these photos.

I have arranged a collection of firearm references and environmental texture references. I recently uploaded some "Splatter" effects that I hope yall enjoy.

You can view and download .rar of all the images in full resolution at http://immolationstudios.com/references. Sorry if this seems a bit incoherent i typed this about 3:40 am my time haha. Please let me know what you think of these images. Also feel free to use these images as you see fit(MOD or Professional it doesn't matter to me) as long as you do NOT attempt to sell these images.

If there is any specific thing you all would like for me to take pictures of Ill do my best to find it and Ill upload the images. Take care.

I am very glad you all like them! If i do the fancy view with the environment stuff it takes a while to load and slows the web browser down cause theres soooo many photos. Ill try to think of a way to make previews so that way you dont have to snoop around in a parent directory to find what your looking for.

@ Bad Spleen: I plan on taking photos of people. Gonna hop on that Craig's list and find people that wouldnt mind being a model for me, so who knows.

Again I am really glad you all like them, and I take requests so start throwing stuff out there and Ill do my best to find what it is you want.

for those who might not have the time to go on massive texture-hunting trips, its great to have a source right on the net, with a nice open license to boot. thanks!

fancy previews: i wrote code for my portfolio gallery that crawls directories and stuff, it could be modified slightly for this sort of application. i'm a bit stacked for time lately, so if you code php you're more than welcome to my code as-is it might help some, if not, i'll try to work up some changes for your functionality sometime soon. lemme know if you're interested, don't want to start on it if you're already on the case!

@ Boomz: Hey man I dont know JACK about web design or PHP. I barely escaped with my life on the message board i set up HAHA. But hey Im sure you and I can work something out together on building a gallery so people can preview these. Send me a PM and we can talk about it further if you'd like.

I am getting ready to go on a trip down in Tahoe and I know I'm going to be hitting up some Castle thats down there and I am also going to some western town (i think its where they filmed Bonanza ), so I know I'll get some more bad ass pictures for modeling and texturing. Also lots of gambling and drinking . Ill be throwing those up on my site around the 13th or 14th when I am back.

Again I am always open for suggestions.

I'm not sure how serious you are about taking requests, but some interesting building ornaments or decorations would be awesome or some machine reference's like construction equipment or farm equipment would also be nice.
