Why do you have all the copies? Aren't they normally delivered from warehouses to retail stores? I don't think I've ever seen that many copies at any of the developers I've worked for. Not calling shenanigans, I'm just curious why you have that many at your (seemingly) office.

Iowa is like a 3rd world country, so they deliver by hand to all the farmers.

As far as I know 8ml is a Phantom EFX offshoot, and they're both in the same town. So that shot could well be from the publisher's office.

I played the demo without knowing what the game was about. I was like "SWEET A WESTERN SHOOTER!!" then I was like "WTF? A TIME WARP!!". Gonna get back into the demo in a couple hours.

Demo was fun, but it seems like the graphics were duped for it maybe?
I remember seeing all of the assets individually, but in-game they looked suuuuuper low res and grainy (even at "very high" settings). Was this some error perhaps?

Looking forward to the retail release!

This does look pretty cool. I convinced my non-gaming friend to give it a try. He is a huge gun-history nut and he loves the idea of mixing weaponry with different time periods. He's not so nuts on the futuristic weapons, but he wants to take the more modern stuff back in time with him.

I bet Phantom EFX is really happy with you 8monkey guys. You made them a real game to publish and put them on the map instead of just another stupid casino title.

What gives? It's disappeared off Steam for me (UK version). Just the demo and teaser trailers available. It WAS available, as it gave me a full-page popup ad the other day.

My brother does video game reviews and I recommended he do a review of this game. He put his vid up yesterday on youtube and apparently it's the only one on the web right now and has had 5,000 hits so far, and is one of today's top viewed youtube vids.

Ouch, Ign just brutalized it in their review. Im still pretty interested in it and liked the demo, so I'll probably give it a rent. congrats to all who worked on it from the 8 monkey crew!

Xbox version seems to be getting it pretty hard, i would personally recommend getting the pc version if you guys are interested in the game.

Yea for sure.
I dont see what all the fuss is about with Xbox tbh.
They complained about the game being a "pitfall of terrible technical performance" but it looks real nice on PC and plays smoothly too.
I think the main problem with the xbox is hardware limitation...there is just to much stuff going on in the game :S

I think the game's a great start, especially for 8 dudes making their own engine, really frickin' impressive. The more FPS's without space marines or world war 2 the better!
