Might already be posted somewhere, if so feel free to delete or tell me where. This video is really fun. It's about an hour long, but full of awesome. Eskil Steenberg runs through the technical art direction of
the game, and in the last half hour or so digs through the various development tools he's made - for subdivision modeling, UV mapping, scene managing, AI debugging... the works. He also talks about how he uses
Verse in the development of the game, which is of course very cool.
I haven't found the time to run through the rest of the videos there, I'm probably making myself look really ignorant by making a thread about what could be really old news, but hey, maybe someone else who missed this will enjoy it.
Anyone else excited about projects like Love, or the game itself?
edit: oh, and many of the tools he mentions are
available on his site. To play with the subdivision modeler he uses in the video, open up a verse_server.exe, then open LoqAirou.exe, click, enter the local host. Neat stuff!
